1. Free home survey and destination quote
One of our team visits your home, takes a full inventory, and talks through freight options – road, sea or air – based on your destination and timeline. You’ll have a fixed, all-in quote within 48 hours, covering packing, freight, customs and destination delivery.
2. Export packing and loading
Our trained international packers come to your home, wrap and box everything to export standards, and load it into your container or vehicle. Full written inventory, photographed and signed off before we leave.
3. Freight, customs and transit
Your container or consignment ships to destination. We handle all export and import documentation in-house. You’ll have tracking updates at key milestones – departure, arrival, customs clearance and delivery window.
4. Delivery and unpack at destination
Our vetted destination agents unload, unwrap, and place your belongings in the rooms you want them in. Debris removed. Move complete.
