Sorry for contacting you so late in the day but I wanted to let you know that the two boys who helped me with my Mum’s move were absolute angels!  They worked so hard and we were extremely pleased with the service from Cheshire Removals.

We haven’t unpacked yet but are edging towards an exchange date on my Mum’s new house.

Dear Cynthia,

Two weeks in our new home on P***** C***t Road and just beginning to surface from the cardboard mountain.

I wanted to drop you a line (now we have broadband again) to say thanks for all you help with the move.

I was impressed with you and your company from our first phone call.  No high pressure sales from you or the assessor who came out to our home.

During the run up to the move, when we were constantly having to change our completion date, you were always very understanding and I felt confident you wouldn’t let us down.  Our friends were less fortunate – their removal firm agreed the date verbally and then later said they were over booked and left our them in the lurch!

On the day your guys were great, calm, friendly and so very quick.  They even remained so after one of wardrobes tried to kill them!

At the new house they were so good I found myself in the living room, feet up, watching them do it all.

We have never moved home like this before and I had been dreading it, but they made it very easy.

Hi Cynthia,
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the fantastic job Billy and the lads did on Friday. They packed up our entire house in under two hours with no mess or fuss and were equally proficient at unpacking. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were very much responsible for making what could have been a very stressful day go extremely smoothly.
I have already sung your praises to our estate agents and I believe that they immediately passed your details onto a prospective customer. They asked whether you could drop some cards in to their office or email them some details as they are very keen to refer you to their clients.

The company were great. Cynthia was a pleasure to deal with, they carried out an initial visit to assess the job and provide an accurate quote. We went for the packing service which was efficient, friendly and everything was packed well and securely. The move day itself went smoothly; the men were really and friendly and looked after my elderly mum, putting everything in the correct rooms and making it as easy as possible to unpack. I’d strongly recommend the company for their professional and friendly, good value approach. They made a very stressful process much easier!

I understand that Cynthia is not in the office at present, but I wanted to write and praise you both for your excellent work in organising our removal on Monday this week.  As you know, we were badly let down by another removal firm late on Friday night and I was only advised that they would not be available to do the job which was scheduled for Monday morning then.  You and your team swung into action and it was such a relief that you calmly told me that it would be no problem.

I must praise Cynthia for going into the office at the weekend in order to put things into place for us to be able to move as planned and she was her usual personable self when she called, although I was a little distracted at the time!!

Billy and his colleague turned up at 0902 on Monday and they were a breath of fresh air.  When I asked if there was anything I could do, he instructed me to go and sit in the front room and leave everything to them, which I duly did, and they were absolutley outstanding, and fast with it!!

I really can’t thank you enough, please pass on my gratitude and compliments to all concerned (and pat yourself on the back)

Hello,

We have only just got our e-mail going after the move or we would have written earlier. We just want to thank you for the great service you provided for our move. People say that moving is the most stressful experiences one can have.

Not true when Cheshire removals are doing the work! Tony, Stewart and Sean were totally professional, caring, and great

fun as well. They really did look after us and our belongings especially as I was on crutches after a knee operation. This may sound like an exaggeration but Tony put his cup of tea in the back of the truck and forgotabout it when we left the old house. 140 miles later they opened up the truck at the new house and he hadn’t spilled a drop. I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes. Now that is careful driving!

Our goods were delivered safely in Spain last Monday.

I would like to praise the service we received from Cheshire Removals. The quote, although not the cheapest we received, was in line with others and the service was exceptional. Your team arrived on time, packed efficiently, and were pleasant! It was the same at the time of delivery in Spain.

Our significant move from 3 storey Victorian to large semi on 27th Jan went like clockwork.  In the chain we were the largest house and yet the first ready!  The lads were like an automated machine yet sensitive and caring with my possessions.  Tons of garden stuff had to be moved too – no mean feat – and not a thing broken.

They put furniture together and were light hearted about a further flight of stairs to take my 6ft work table up to a work room.   My new home was liveable in time for my son on his return from school at 5pm.  All in all a fantastic service thank you and I really do still marvel how you made it all possible and how different it could have been with a very different service!!!!  Worth every single penny.

I wanted to say a massive thank you for your wonderful service for our removal.  It has been a pleasure doing business with you. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly, helpful and efficient.

I particularly wanted to mention the team who did the move for us.

Despite the horrendous conditions of  frozen icy paths and treacherous steps, falling snow, hail and sleet they carried on and nothing was too much trouble, everything was done with good humour and cheerful efficiency – they are staff of whom any company can very proud.  Their attitude, particularly Alan and Billy, made a very difficult move a much less stressful experience.  And despite operating under Dancing on Ice conditions everything arrived at the new house completely unharmed.
